Hi, I'm Holly.

I teach women to use AI to architect family operating systems to handle the mental load so they can focus on leadership, creativity and wealth generation instead.

The mental load, defined

The invisible work of running a household. Not only the tasks themselves, but the knowing they exist, the anticipating of what's coming, the deciding of what to do about it, and the monitoring that they actually got done. It runs in the background all day, it never clocks out, and no one else can pick it up, because it is never written down.

I spent two decades on the business side of the biggest tech platforms in the world, and I was running my own house on a text thread and a paper calendar. So I built a system for it, at 4am, before anyone else was awake. Now I teach other women to build theirs in small, hands-on classes and in larger cohorts for companies. I believe AI is for everyone who has a desire to learn, no coding or technical expertise required.

My expertise

Twenty years selling attention

Leading advertising businesses inside the platforms that built the internet: Twitter, Google, Snapchat, Amazon and Pinterest.

Holly on stage in front of an audience, speaking under a wall of projected lights.

The room

Two decades advising C-level executives at the world's biggest brands and agencies on what a new platform could do for them.

My job has always been to teach what a technology can do and turn it into a plan marketers act on. AI is the same opportunity, and I want women to use it to their advantage.

Speaking

AI speaker for the women running everything.

Available for company networks, offsites and conferences to inspire through storytelling on how AI can be a woman's greatest asset.

The challenge

Creator of the 31-Day Learn AI at Home, Win at Work Challenge.

One small build a day for a month. Thousands of women have started here.

Principles

What I believe

  1. AI is the single greatest technology to advance women in leadership, creativity and wealth generation. I teach them how to use it beyond the simple prompt.
  2. The mental load is undocumented. It lives in your head, which is why no one else can pick it up. Step one is getting it out.
  3. Context is everything. AI is only as good as what it knows about your family.
  4. Moms already have the four skills AI runs on: context, storytelling, delegation and trust. None of them are technical.
  5. Learn AI at home. Apply the same skills at work. Home is where the stakes are low and the reps are daily, and you stay the CEO. AI drafts, books, reminds and plans. You review and decide.
  6. Your family's context belongs to you. Take it to any tool and any agent. Agents will do more of the doing every month. Directing them is the skill that lasts, and it's what I teach so your skills stay current and transferable.

For companies

Your people learn AI at home. They use it at work.

Workshops and multiple-week cohorts for women's networks, parents' networks, L&D and AI enablement teams. Every session is hands-on, taught to apply across the tools your people use including Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Nothing touches company data, which means no security review and no procurement marathon.

Three options available: a 60-minute talk for your network, a three-hour intro workshop, or the multiple-week cohort.

Holly speaking with a microphone in front of a theoffload.ai slide that reads: we were never meant to carry all of this. A full room of women at tables, laptops open, facing a screen that reads: AI runs on four things.

This may be for your company if

  • Your women's or parents' network wants something hands-on, not another panel.
  • You ran an AI training in the past but nothing changed the next Monday.
  • Leadership is excited about AI and wants to invest in real life applicability that translates to work.

This is not for you if

  • You want someone to build automations for your team. I believe in teaching, not just building for you.
  • You want it to touch company data or systems. It doesn't, on purpose.
  • You can't protect two hours a week for four to six weeks.

My journey

Twenty years in big tech. One house I couldn't keep up with in my head.

2005
Manhattan seen through an airplane window, the wing tip over the clouds and Central Park below.

Small town to Madison Avenue

I moved to New York from a small town in Missouri after studying Journalism at Mizzou and started working in advertising. I didn't know anyone. I learned the business from the bottom, one pitch at a time.

2006–2026

Running the business

I led advertising teams and agency partnerships across Twitter, Google, Snap, Amazon and Pinterest that turned brand-new platforms into plans the biggest brands invested in. Along the way I had three kids and a calendar that never stopped.

2026
A laptop open on a marble counter before dawn, a fire burning in the fireplace behind it.

The 4am build

My house ran on a text thread and a paper calendar. I used AI to build a system for it before anyone was awake: a household CEO agent that holds everything in my head, and orchestrates relief across the areas of my life I never had time to run in the first place.

Now

Teaching it forward

I turn what works in my house into community classes, a multi-week intensive and workshops for companies, so other women can build their own household CEO and apply their AI knowledge to their work.
